Orders, stock and invoices lived in separate spreadsheets across three warehouses, so nobody trusted the numbers.
What we built
A custom ERP with sales, purchasing, multi-warehouse inventory, accounting and role-based dashboards, plus a mobile app for pickers.
The outcome
Every department works from one live database, and month-end closing moved from a manual scramble to a report.
