Taking on new builds for Q4

Engineering AIthat reaches production.

Zesxai is an AI software studio. We take products from a blank page to production — SaaS platforms, autonomous agents, and the unglamorous migrations that make everything else possible.

Our products

We build for ourselves too

Everything we learn shipping client work goes back into our own products — and vice versa.

OpusSiteScore product preview

OpusSiteScore

In development

The scoring layer for AI-era websites

OpusSiteScore audits a site the way a model reads it — structure, semantics, answerability — and returns a score plus the specific fixes that move it. Currently in private development.

  • Crawl-and-score across performance, semantics and answerability
  • Prioritised fix list with effort estimates
  • Tracks score movement over time
  • CI check so regressions never ship

Axzura

Live

Answers from your own documents, with the receipts

Axzura turns decades of operational documents into queryable answers, and traces every one of them back to the passage it came from. Our own platform, live with eleven tenants.

  • Every answer cited to a source passage
  • Says "not in the corpus" instead of improvising
  • Tenant isolation enforced at the database layer
  • Sub-second answers at the 95th percentile

How we work

Three steps, no theatre

Small senior team, short feedback loops, and a bias toward putting something real in front of users early.

  1. Scope

A week of hard questions. We pin down the one outcome that matters, cut everything that does not serve it, and hand you a fixed plan with a date on it.

  2. Build

Weekly shipped increments in a real environment, not slide decks. You see working software every Friday and can redirect at any point.

  3. Ship & hand over

We launch, instrument, and document. You get the repo, the infrastructure and a team that can run it — or we stay on to operate it.

Have something worth building?

Tell us what you are trying to ship. If we are the right studio for it, you will have a plan and a price within a week — and if we are not, we will say so.
