Who we are

Zesxai (“we”, “us”) builds custom software, business apps and AI solutions. This policy covers https://zesxai.com and the conversations that start here. Questions about it can go to hello@zesxai.com.

What we collect

• Details you send us. When you fill in the project form we store your name, email address and what you tell us about the project: type, stage, budget, timeline and notes.
• Messages. If you email us, call us or message us on WhatsApp, we keep that conversation so we can reply and follow up.
• Meeting bookings. Calls are booked through Calendly. The details you enter there are handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy and shared with us so we can hold the meeting.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) to run and secure the site. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and deliver the work you hire us for.
• To keep the site running, secure and fast.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting and storage, our email provider and Calendly, each bound to use the data only for the service they provide to us. We may also disclose data when the law requires it. Some of these providers process data outside your country; where they do, we rely on their contractual safeguards.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies needed for it to work. Embedded third-party tools such as the Calendly booking widget may set their own cookies, which are described in their own policies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into a project are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as the engagement lasts and afterwards for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@zesxai.com and we will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page.
